Simpson Pallet Rack Anchor
While most pallet rack footplates have two holes, you’ll only need one anchor per footplate. Footplates have two holes not to accommodate two anchors, but to offer a second option should the first anchor drill not go as expected. In fact, using two anchors often provides a less secure connection than if only one were used. This is because the extra anchor weakens the surrounding concrete.
