Our 18-inch column protector (floor mount) is a great addition to your racking systems. The bright yellow color alerts forklift drivers of the frames, helping avoid unnecessary contact with the base. In addition to the 18-inch offering, we also offer 12 and 24-inch sizes.

Floor-mounted column protectors offer the most bang for your buck when it comes to this accessory. The floor-base connection creates a stable base that minimizes shifting and moving of the protector upon contact. This stability ensures that your racking frames remain intact and damage-free at the point of contact.

Installation is quick and easy. Simply place the 18-inch column protector on the front two frames of your systems, and bolt it into the ground via the hole or holes in the baseplate. Once this is complete, your frames will be safe from damage caused by automated guided vehicles (AGVs), stackers, personal carriers, and of course fork trucks and their lifting forks.
