Ordering and Payment FAQs
No. In fact, there are a few ways to order from Pallet Rack Now. In addition to placing your order online, you can also call us to request a quote or email in a purchase order and call with your payment information. Choose whichever method is easiest and most convenient for you.

No, there is no minimum order quantity required to order from Pallet Rack Now. Whether you need a single row spacer or enough racking to fill a new warehouse, we’re here to deliver the products and service you need to get the job done quickly and easily.
Once your order is processed, you’ll get an order confirmation email that includes the details of your order. However, if you need a copy of the order invoice for your records, please reach out to us via phone or email and we’ll be happy to send you a copy.
Absolutely. Please keep in mind that the primary warehouses from which you can pick up your order are our Minnesota and Pennsylvania warehouses. Some of our other shipping locations do not allow order pick up, so if you’re planning on picking up from a location other than Minnesota or Pennsylvania, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
We understand that not every situation is perfect when it comes to pallet rack. Sometimes you end up with more racking than you need, or the color isn’t quite what you’d expected. Whatever the case may be, we’re able to accommodate returns. However, please note that you will be responsible for sending the product back and will incur a 25% restock charge. Products are eligible for returns only within 30 days of the time of purchase and must be in their original condition.
We do! Our online catalog is designed for simplicity and offers the essentials for what most people need to build a selective rack system. But these products are just a sampling of our full inventory. We also have additional brands, sizes, and products in stock that are not listed on the site. If you’re on the hunt for a product or brand that’s not on our site, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you out.
While most teardrop pallet rack is compatible, we do not advise mixing two different brands in the same bay of racking if it can be avoided. Most importantly, it is generally not advisable to mix beams from two different brands in the same bay, even if they’re the same length.
Pallet rack capacities are typically rated for applications using just one brand of racking and will be void if combinations of brands are used in the same system. However, it’s usually okay to use a different brand of teardrop pallet rack as adder bays to an already existing system. In this situation, only the adder bay’s capacity will usually be void. This doesn’t mean the racking will not be sturdy and perform as needed, but that the guaranteed capacity for that bay will be waived since it’s being used in combination with a different product. Limited Access: Certain locations, such as residences, farms, construction sites, some storage units, and other locations that are difficult for a dock truck to reach may be subject to an additional “limited access” charge. This charge is incurred because it takes the driver significantly more time and effort than usual to deliver the product. If you’re not sure whether or not your delivery location would qualify as limited access, give us a call or email us for help. There are two main ways to get a freight quote from Pallet Rack Now. One way is to enter in your delivery address at checkout. No payment information needs to be placed prior to entering the delivery information at checkout, so you don’t need to worry about placing your order without knowing what shipping will cost. The second way to get a freight quote is to reach out to our team with the products you’re planning to order and the address they’ll be shipping to, and we’ll send you back a freight quote within a business day.
Pallet Rack Now customers can always ship collect on their own accounts. If you’re planning on shipping collect, we do ask that you place your order with us over the phone or via email so you don’t get charged for shipping at checkout.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, our shipping specialists will email you a notification that includes the carrier and tracking number for your order. This information can typically be used to track the status and expected delivery time of your order online. If you’re having trouble tracking your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we’ll be glad to track your order down in no time.
Freight costs vary from order to order based on weight and location. The sure-fire ways to find out what the freight for your order will cost are to fill in your shipping address at checkout or give us a call and have us work up a freight quote for you.
Our Shipping Specialists are some of the best in the business, and they take great care to ensure your product ships safely and securely on sturdy pallets. If there is any damage to the product upon arrival, please do not sign off on the delivery. While the vast majority of our shipments arrive without a scratch, circumstances beyond our control occasionally result in a freight claim. If this happens, let us know right away. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure your product is replaced immediately at no cost to you.
Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of order placement. Sometimes orders ship earlier than 48 hours. In either case, a notification will be sent as soon as your order ships. If you need your order to arrive on a certain day and/or time, please be sure to include it in the order notes. We can usually accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times.
